Create a proposal view set of components that are aware of copies. Updated the edit set of components to be aware of and make clear what copy of a proposal a user is working on. Removed the assumption for the authorCopy throughout the FE. Fixed some pass-by-reference issues in the proposal service - we had many fixes in the wrong order so they would not do as needed. Put in ProposalCopy timestamp difference tests, and displays for divergent titles.
