Permission assessment of solicit package
requested to merge STT-1262-solicit-permissions-checking into THE-LARGE-PPR-PROCESS-REFACTOR-OF-2023
In assessing the state of permissions in the solicit package, several unused permissions and typos were identified. No additional tests were found to be needed.
