found and fixed two types of common message handling errors from when workflows are not attached to capability requests

Renaming restore imaging enum to allow restores to use the name later, also not doing restore cleanup now because the query won't be right

Slapping a distinct on the images' associated calibrations due to failed versions returning multiple results

Added a comment about not considering paths from another profile as stale. This logic might be safer in the path_valid function, not sure yet
