Also refactored other tests,
 and broke out Annihilator URLs into class members

Renaming restore imaging enum to allow restores to use the name later, also not doing restore cleanup now because the query won't be right

Slapping a distinct on the images' associated calibrations due to failed versions returning multiple results

Added a comment about not considering paths from another profile as stale. This logic might be safer in the path_valid function, not sure yet

Moving spool annihilator to be last because it marks workflows as cleaned, not sure if this would affect how the storage dir gets cleaned

Not done yet, but made the annihilator kind of an interface where subclasses will define the area to clean, how to retrieve stale directories, and whether or not to tell WS to mark requests as cleaned
