This modifies the wget statements in the fetch-all.sh script to trim the undesirable prefix directories.

I also added a wget statement to the notification email so the user can fetch the delivery_url when it exists on the execution. I haven't gotten to test this part yet as my local doesn't want to fulfill my download requests.
