Fix errors found on production post messaging mess

  • fix an error found in production sending do-not-calibrate message to archive for requests with mutable versions
  • fix an error found in production when setting DAs or AODs on requests with the UI DA/AOD filters on

Not sure which of these caused the messaging breakdown, but fixing both anyways
