  • upgrades local condor cluster containers to images based on AlmaLinux8, prep for RHEL8 cluster conversion
  • the AL8 images use a different packages system than the old centos7 images - had to rewrite boot-execute.sh for python3.10 install

Any volunteers to dump their local containers and give this a spin?
