WS-1405 Fixed workflow unit tests

Oh hey look, another MR.

Fixed capo property for workflow tests. I want to nail down some CASA versions and fake their installs in the container when unit tests are fixed, but this will do for now.

Also, I threw together a README for calling the service. Tried to keep it short and sweet.
