Updated screenshots for Python interpreter source folders and the IntelliJ docker compose configuration. Updated the text for the "Set Up Python Interpreter" section to match the section in the Confluence page (including making "python" uppercase as appropriate). Put directories and paths in backticks to conform to an existing convention.
