Added staging directory deletion (if it exists) calibration table and observation product collector scripts.

Added staging directory deletion (if it exists) to calibration-table-collector.sh and observation-product-collector.sh. I talked with Jim and learned that staging directory should be deleted in these, too. I'm sorry for missing that previously. Thank you to @skagan for asking about it!
