WS-2538: ALMA restore delivery

Minor updates that were needed for delivery to work for ALMA restores. The workflow templates on dev have been manually updated to reflect these changes. I wanted to put this up in case it needs merged before integrating ALMA restores into the archive, but I don't see anything here that would require it to be merged before I return.

I sent the delivery output directory to John and he's going to let me know what files didn't get delivered (I'm kind of expecting there to be some missing). The JIRA ticket for this has been left open specifically for fixing bugs that he finds during verification and they will be fixed during the verification testing sprint.

I'm very close to completing the unit tests for ALMA restore delivery, that will come with the verification bug fixes (if any). If this doesn't get merged, feel free to treat it as a draft and I'll add on tests + fixes when I return.
