Added support for sorting by almost* all columns of the active requests table

Ensured all columns can be sorted on (*except for SRDP, which we are not sorting on per Mark's feedback).

Also, updated the "optimization" field in angular.json to false for dev and test to enable looking at the UI source code using a browser debugger.
