WS-1280: Changed auto-calibration to auto-calibration-and-imaging

Sam Kagan requested to merge WS-1280-change-default-capability-to-cal_and_image into 2.8.6-DEVELOPMENT

Also updated the active-requests page so that the pause button shows up for all Capabilities and the Manual Calibration form + Calibration Capability Status show up for just the std_calibration_and_imaging one.
