Replace datafetcher with productfetcher

This renames the datafetcher project to productfetcher, removes the old implementation and moves the redesign into place as the productfetcher.

  • Remove old stuff
  • Rename into place
  • Update build scripts and whatnot
  • Update workflow templates
  • Update documentation
