WS-387 and WS-541: Production Pyramid configuration

WS-387-541-production-pyramid-config into main

Configuration:

  • Updated/added productionized Pyramid configuration files for each service
  • Modified boot scripts to serve the production Pyramid configuration if the CAPO_PROFILE is set to prod

Misc.:

  • Added profiles to ngas and schema-dev services; this makes it so they can remain uncommented but do not run unless a profile is passed into the docker compose command

Completes WS-561 and WS-588.
