WS-635: proof of concept: making a REST call to kick off CARTA
This is a demonstration of starting a CARTA session on an image via the AAT-PPI and displaying the resulting URL inside a frame in an HTML document.
In addition, new tests illustrate kicking off CARTA programmatically.
