Sws 12 integrate coverage pytest

A lot here... Sorry

  • Renamed /test/ directory to /testing/
  • Modified notification structure to use /src/ because I was having issues getting run-tests.sh only run the tests for notifications in /notification/notification/ structure
  • run-tests.sh now handles coverage and coverage reports!
